I picked this up on Yahoo. Imagine thathttp://www.forbes.com/tool/html/98/aug/0817/ after reading article please enter the" whos side is the FCC on" . There lies a second article which seems like its very one sided regarding Wcdma position for Qcom. It still makes no sence. The artiticle says ETSI is upset by denial of Qualcom IPR's yet it says that they dont need them. HUH? how important are Q's patents in WCDMA
