How do you think we could find out the status of the 50MM? What about the official outstanding count? I suspect if we really think its possible to claim this shell we should do it sooner rather than later. I don't know. If Jack really has sent off the company's books and papers to the SEC, I suppose you could try asking them to release the info. But then MTEI didn't use auditors, so are the books accurate? Considering all that's happened, I don't think this is necessarily an assumption to be made out of hand. I do agree, though, that it's important to do this stuff quickly. Assets can evaporate if not closely watched. It'd be a good thing to have 'em frozen. If you're really serious about this, you should organize and talk to an attorney about what to do.
