From the sounds of it, the scam Gary Stanhiser was running was that he was getting money from people and using it to his advantage through some VSE and OTC companies.

If KRT was one of these companies......... so what???????????? All that means to us is that he put money into KRT (a good thing!)... he helped to promote KRT (a good thing!!).... and he was a large part of the huge run that KRT had in the past (during which many of us *should* have made large amounts of money... if we didn't, that's our fault! ... he gave us the chance!)

The fact that the way he was running his company (Excel) was illegal doesn't necessarily reflect on KRT... After all, MOST stocks on the VSE are ruled by promotional cycles, etc... that is just the way the VSE works because most of the stocks on it are highly speculative.

From what I have heard so far, it sounds like Gary Stanhiser was was just fleecing the investors that he was getting money from... that is where the illegalities came in...
