FWIW, I saw two file boxes addressed to SEC this morning at MTEI offices and they were picked up bey either Airborne or DHL while I was there. While I certainly cannot vouch for what was inside or the accuracy of the contents, the shipping to the SEC is true. Regards, Tom C. (Yes, still holding ALL the shares I've purchased!)
