Question: Did anyone here have to sign some type of Dislosures and Waiver of liability regarding the 'risks' associated with short term trading? That is, does anyone's firm require clients to sign off that they know about the risk? I am sure there is wording in the client agreement, etc. but I am talking about a seperate document....if so, could you provide the text either with private message or steve@yamner.com Thanks steve@yamner.com
