If it is for real, the brother has no idea what is really wrong with the patient. His rendition of the medical history makes absolutely NO SENSE. My guess is it's a hoax, perhaps someone is trying to figure out how many "good-samaritans" there are in cyberspace? Jake's mom (pediatrician)
