Dear Terp: Dont know the answer to either of your comments. Its been down this low so shortly that how do we know they are not buying? However, many I think have options at even lower price. As to earnings, Hannifen Imroff just met with management 8/13 and kept their forecast at 4cents and $1.10 for 6/30/99. Also made some very complimentary comments about TAVA. What else can you expect? JDN
