Good afternoon Frank,

Yes it is wonderful seeing Intel do so well lately and also typical to its usual style of behavior. Today one of the companies made either an upgrade or a positive comment (I am not sure which one) on Intel. I just heard it in the backgroud a few minutes ago.

Many on CNBC said that both the Russian situation as well as the saga with Clinton have both already been factored into the market. It appears from what I heard, that Clinton will admit to some kind of relationship with "that women, Ms. Lewinsky" and possibly give us some kind of apology for his behavior. The way I see it, is that he is only doing that to save himself because it has been said that that is the only thing that the public will accept as ok. I really don't think that he is sorry for anything and also I don't think that he would have admitted it, if he didn't have to.

What I wonder is what are and have been in the past his feelings for Monica. Those TV pictures that they keep showing, look awfully cozy, like maybe he really had some feelings for her. This whole drama is becoming more like a soap opera. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out.

I hope that your day is going well.

Warmest regards,
Margaret
