Tim,
It's now at 4 9/16 and the lower it goes, the more I belive they will be taken over by the company that already owns a stake. The problem is that you never know when they will be taken over and it's hard to hold when the stock is down. However, I find it hard to believe they will let the price stay down for too long before serious action is taken.
