sonki, thanks for the article. it amazes me that when these analysts write about Intel's price cuts, they focus only on Intel's revenue, earnings, and asp and rarely mention the impact on the competition (which is devastating). Bottom line is that Intel comes out of these price cuts with a stronger competitive position , albeit at the cost of short-term hits on margins and earnings. joey
