Anyone here what really happened friday, there was huge volume and the stock was down and came back to close up 5\16??????? I also saw where GST filed with the SEC to seperate (NACT) the switch manufaturing part of GST and theres going to be an IPO on it. Its supposed to come out at 10 to 12 a share and GST will own 60% of it. Will this help out the company financially or make them look more attractive to investors? If anyone could tell me more about this I would appreciate it.
