Exclusive worldwide licensee - Royal Doulton Fine Fragrances Announcement today by Sam Ghazouli, Chairman & CEO. Part of our launch plan strategy for this world class brand is to continue introducing Doulton at specialty outlets throughout North America, as well as internationally." Product has been introduced in Canadian, US and UK markets and company plans to launch product in Latin America and the Middle East by the end of this year.
