Kurt- Actually I plan on calling Customer Service shortly. My question may be better suited to IR though, as it pertains to competitors practices. Why is it that Webley for example can offer its service at 14.95 plus .149 a min with only inbound calls charged and webley staying on the line full time, but Portico must double charge? Is it a platform or technology issue? Or is it a temporary pricing structure until the market settles out? If it is temporary I can live with it, I am just concerned that other competitors might come out with marketing or price below Portico (granted without media content or stock quotes) and get ahead in the market place will corporate customers really pay more for the extra services? Or are they jsut going to be bait and switch icing? Or will other companies incorporate them into their services?

Only time will tell I guess!
