No, apparently "we" understand very little.....that little "anamoly" as you put it is the bedrock of our judicial system. Would most people lie about such an issue? Probably. That' s why we have legal remedies in the form of penalties for those who take that risk. Mr. Clinton is finally getting his lesson in Civics 101 in a very real sense today. If he lies he will be impeached, no question. If he tells the whole truth he labels himself a perjurer. He has thoroughly boxed himself in with his previous statements (which, btw, reflect imo a total disregard for the law) so his only escape will be a political one, one which he will squander if he follows what is reported to be Hillary's most recent advice.
