Question for Mike Jameson: Subj: John Doe Mining Company. Suppose John Doe Mining Company receives an offer from Maxvalue Mining. However, Maxvalue Mining became Maxvalue because they are cheapscapes. What are the chances that the offer will be rejected by John Doe Mining because they feel the company is valued much higher especially in light of a new find that has not been drilled yet but could potentially be very big?
