I don't think you have to worry much about DO. I doubt the Tisch's are going to let their cash cow go at a bargain basement price (unless there is something else in it for them -- but that wouldn't fly, would it?).

And Mr. Tisch, if you even consider an offer, I have just 2 words for you: CLIFF'S DRILLING
