how can anyone have proof by simply reading 10Q or K's ?

my point is valid on the use of the phrase "net revenues" on the op stmt. If Brod & Intuit and others can use the phrase, so should TLC!

if not, it reveals that the revenues, receiveables, returns and allowances are being treated more complicated than need be.

Logically, TLC would be using this treatment because it is favourable.

this alone should be a strong signal to any investor.

I'll repeat my position that if TLC starts to use the phrase "net revenues" on its op stmt, I'll be satisfied and shut up.

the ball is in your court.
