Noooooo way, been there ... done it (mind you not with a public company)... prefer to do my own thing without "big brother" scrutinizing every step I make. Have not heard anything about AGM but suspect mailing within a couple of weeks; mind you, don't consider it very important either at this time. AGM will be a non-event (IMHO).
