**Answer to Small Cap Question**

Re: The last weekend (pre-the-Flan) I caught only a shard of Bob talking about small caps. I know he used the word, "oversold" and think he was referring to an index--perhaps the Russell 2000. I sure would like to read a full outline of what he was discussing. "

Yeah, that is the way we do it on this thread. Instead of asserting that one heard something when one is not sure, one should ask the question as opposed to asserting they heard something and possibly misleading people.

Here is your answer: Brinker does not know whether the small caps will show better performance that the large caps coming out of this correction. "Sooner or later certainly the smaller and mid caps are going to act better than they have been acting area but only when we get sustainable flows into that area." He does not know whether or not
we are going to have sustained money flow into that sector of the market coming out of this correction. He noted that we are at a 15 year record low oversold in the OTC market.

My comment: Brinker meant primarily Russell 2000 when he was talking about the OTC market. Most likely, large caps will lead out of this correction and, with any luck, this will trigger sustained money flow into the small cap sector.
