Rosemary, I don't see anything significant here. the BS downgrade was not a major hit. As they called for 5.15 pre-split, 2.58x2 put them at 5.16. 2.57x2 puts them at 5.14. It sounds better if you are calling for 5.15 to make your post split number at 2.57. It's all a rounding thing. Round up or round down. No big thing, Pat
