From time to time I will be adding companies to this site as I get the DD or other investors that
bring a stock to me. Please verify all you can before making an investment because nothing is

advisor, analyst or broker prior to investing your hard earned money. Also when dealing with
the many different options for purchasing stock I would suggest paying legal counsel to review
the transactions of stock options, private placements, 504s, etc. Even then there are no
guarantees. Some of the stock listed on this site I have bought shares other than the open
market. All stock transactions I make are for investment purposes and have no hidden agenda
what-so-ever. Please understand stocks purchased outside the market I do not purchase to
resale or sale unless I have no other option to raise capital for living expenses. /

So Gary would this be an admission that you have and do Private placements??????????????????/

If so I see where you say that you will only sell your PP stock if you need to raise capital for living expenses....So let me see now, that would mean that if you got a PP in one stock and then sold at huge profit and then bought another stock with those proceeds or got another PP and then rolled those profits over so you could buy say 10,000 P's in Midland in the open market, you would be going against what you say in your Website

And as I research your many posts I see where you constantly and repeatedly say you are not a promoter..I don't know if this is true but after you got your POSITIONS in the stocks did you send out mass mailings on YOUR E-mail service with positive information, that would convince or induce a person to buy that stock? I am sure if it is true then several own this stock because of such an e-mail.

I am sure several people want to know if you got a private offering in a stock that you brought to their attention...As you say this is your business...Except the fact that you now have a website that is a catalyst or conduit that will cause a person to make a purchase. And I think you owe it to the many people that have listened to your recommendations and to the future companies that you are going to try and assist with their stock....
