Tom D Comment on the options article by ABC news. There are parts of the article incorrect. It is often hard to explain to a writer the nuances of option trading. The column sites a $140 stock and uses a 25 strike price. There was a one left off the 25 and should be $125. Also at expiration, an options trader is unlikely to exercise the underlying stock and turn right around and sell it as the commission costs would be an added cost. He would simply sell the call if it was above the strike price. The article was to give some ideas to investors on how the might play the internet stocks with limited risk. Tom D
