DaiS, We need to get something straight here. first of all, the article HAS been published in the August edition of the Journal of Physiology (Cardiac/Vascular). The link I posted was available via the Journal's electronic edition which is available to anyone on the net. The next point that we need to straighten out is exactly what Edderd pointed out ie that there is no mention in this article of Vivus funding the research or having rights to the intellectual property. During the Q2 conference call, the information discussed by management correlates exactly to the type of work described in the journal article. I made an assumption based on your prior communications with the researcher at Albert Einstein that Vivus was behind this research effort. I do not want to be accused of spreading misinformation but I based my assumption that this is Vivus' work based on your revelation long ago that Vivus was behind this study. Please clarify this issue so I can know whether I should be contacting media sources regarding this important research.
