One from March 5 says the stockholders voted to change the name to US Biogenix, and that they were in "negotiation for acquisition of additional entities in healthcare arenas.

At the website they say they discovered after the vote that the name was already taken.

Companies like this are always talking about acquisitions, even when they have no money. CYGS has in fact announced two in the past. Neither, ah, worked out.
