Have you ever read the ancient New Testament historical document with a fair and objectivwe attitude?
Well.... they tried to impose it on me at different times of my life, luckily for me, reason was always with me, and I could never buy on the stupidity of the entire thing.
Besides, why would I read the Wall Street Journal from 50 years ago to learn future possible profitable investment ideas? it is far better to read Investor Business Daily, or The Economist to understand what's going on, even then one needs the capacity of one's mind and OTHER concepts to be successful.
Reading old verse in antiquated language of events that took place 2000 years ago to live my life, is at best, for those who have no brain to think for themselves, much like lemmings....
The historical documents in the New Testament were mostly written by eyewitnesses who observed the events they wrote about. The actually saw the miracles and heard the words that Jesus spoke.
The historical documents in the New Testament are mostly dated before 65 A.D., which puts them contemporaneous with the events they write about.
How can you possibly know that.... you have no proof of such other, than your twisted faith as a true apostle of the spin. Such "historical reference" is as made up as the rest of your preachings I am not impressed. Next.
These documents claim that Jesus Christ was the Son of God who was Crucified for the sins of mankind and Resurrected from the dead three days after his Crucifixion. They also claim that if you believe in Jesus you will be filled with the Holy Spirit of God and be Born Again.
Again, no proof besides, if I knew of a powerful individual that offers his own son as a sacrificial lamb for the deeds of others, I would run away from such sadistic and murdering bastard as fast as I could!!! even less impressed... next !
Claim ??? are you expecting me to follow a faith that it is based on claims ?? wow, you are truly a moron.... (I believe you have been already nominated, but this statement, really confirms it....) Next!
As to "be filled with the holly spirit" and "born again", no thanks, the holly roller can take a hike for all I know, and I have seen those extraordinarily mindless parrots, the born again, I like my life far too much to change it for one of this scary "beings" (more like robots with defective software).

Indeed I have, and it is one of the main reason why I think the way I do, not last week, not last year but many, many years ago, and it if it was not for all the historical evidence that religious zealots (of all flavors), have killed millions of people.
Now, as far as I am concerned, you can believe in whatever you want, so long you do not infringe in the rights of others, particularly on mine or those around me, I do not care one damn....
Likewise, I expect the same from you, so go on an indoctrinate the mirror.
