FP...food for thought...... Why would Skynet with the reported $7,500,000 in revenues want to be taken over by USXP a company with very little on paper except Manhattan Concierge? My only logical answer is that Skynet Miami wanted to go public. This acquisition has to come at a steep price. Why would a company take only 1.7 million and give away 51% of the company? There has to be more to this agreement and a whole bunch of shares could be involved. This is just my view of the situation. Lakers
