One individual in particular has been posting information that is absolutely false and adding statements that management believes should be prosecuted as libelous. As a result we have taken the decision to pursue all available remedies which include: requesting that select internet providers prohibit identified individuals from publishing libelous statements, per the licensing terms of the chat rooms, filing a complaint with the SEC's Division of Enforcement, and pursuing other direct legal action. This is an unfortunate development but necessary given the circumstances. John Jenkins CEO TAVA
