Damn, are you STILL beating this dead horse? You've been on this kick since you started at SI. I've seen all the posts that you have made in the Datek thread.
Listen, I call them as I see them. And I'm neither an apologist for Datek, or Jeff Dryer. But where in the world do you find harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, tortuous, improper and objectionable posts in his responses to you? Are you paranoid?
He simply brought to your attention a number of good points that in my opinion were actually quite valid. In addition, he did it politely, with no acrimony. And you're STILL ranting and raving!!
Now you've started a thread on this issue, with no posters but yourself. Are you on some kind of mission? Do you actually trade?
Clue me in, I don't get it. Why aren't you taking all this up with Datek and/or the NASD? We all went through all these issues a year and thousands of posts ago. Go back and read some of them. It's fruitless, IMHO.
