Steve, the company reports to the Alberta Stock Exchange as well as files its financials thru Canada's SEDAR system which is similar to the US's EDGAR filing system. As I mentioned in my previous post, Coopers and Lybrand is the company's auditors. They are a very well respected accounting firm and have a strong presence in Asia as well as North America.
