BUY Qustw and sell Tmei. The bottom of a correction causes the risk takers to jump on really short term moves, but the smart move is to buy for peak of the next run up. Value will rule and quest will show a strong up slope and the risky will spike up and down with the quick to get rich at the expense of the slow. Unless you have the time and the access to a t - 1 line or better all you have is luck, a fickled lady.
