Dave - However, my money will be on that they can [work around QCOM patents] since they are engineers and the purpose of an engineer is to solve problems. Maybe they can, but Qualcomm had such a long time to do research when everyone else was saying it wouldn't work. It's likely to be very time consuming to try to work around it, if it is possible at all. IPR isn't the issue, INTEGRATION is! Huh? Integration is the goal, IPR is the lever used to get there. Clark
