What we are witnessing in the current climate is one of those rare windows of opportunity when oil and gas reserves can be "found" cheaper and with less risk in the stock market than by turning a drill bit. Those companies such as Anvil that are unencumbered by debt and that will soon be enjoying cash flow are in a unique position to seize said opportunities.
