To all regarding authorized, outstanding and restricted shares. About 6 weeks ago, I had checked in with the transfer agent and was told that 25.5 million outstanding with 5.4 million float. I inquired with CFG and WINR and was told that the transfer agent had made a mistake and had counted 10 million outstanding that had been recalled due to a financing deal that had not been completed. When CFG gave me the reduced and corrected figures, I again called the transfer agent who confirmed the correct numbers as 13 million outstanding and 5.4 million float. Today, I again checked with the transfer agent to see if the quantities had changed. He gave me the figures which I posted in #831. I unfortunately did not notice that the outstanding had seemingly increased. I was more interested in the float quantity which had stayed constant. Now that it has been pointed out that the outstanding is substantially more than previously reported, I am making efforts to substantiate this with WINR management. If I am in error here, I would like to apologize in advance. Like any overeager junior journalist should do, I should have verified the numbers before posting.
