Well, it is all paper losses for now. I hope that something substantial comes out of this but I am getting the impression that certain individuals will screw this up, assuming that there is actually something they can screw up.

Does anyone here know, one hundred percent, that these clowns are actually looking for something and/or discussing this property with any majors? Would be nice to see some sort of proof. Something tangible.

Better check the airport, these guys maybe catching the next flight out of here. "Sleeze Ball" tactics have been and are being used here.
But the question still remains, is there something of worth being fought over as we speak? Or is this a scam orchestrated by crooks and slick operators? That is the question to answer. Right now, the latter looks more plausible. Care to prove me wrong? Anyone out there from the company reading this thread? I am sure there is. I am absolutely sure.
