The question is, do Henry's posts themselves hype or "spin" Ligand? I have found them to be reasonable and informative. The stock has gone into the mud, but that doesn't make Henry a hype, it just makes him wrong (and some others right, but even a stopped clock is right twice a day) about the stock price. I don't recall anyone complaining that Henry was hyping Ligand in February or March, and the tone and general content of his posts haven't changed since then.
