This was on AOL at 4:42 est. ""Maxtor currently buys their disk from HMT. Both ampex and HMT are working together at maxtor. They have worked out the noise problems they were incuring and we should see keepered media on their disk latter next summer. This information came from the horse's mouth at maxtor.
