I don't see that the announced $3 charge is going to have much impact on the bottom line. Seems to be more of a minor housekeeping item. OTOH, I am always uncomfortable with any action that loses customers regardless of their perceived worthiness.
Customers are too hard to get, just to throw them away.

When the TCI deal was prominent news I didn't see any mention of the creation of "tracking stocks" after the deal closes. The recent quarterly ATT report goes into great detail about the tracking stocks issuance. Does anyone have any experience with this concept, and what if any impact will this have on Tshares???
