Mental midget you lie again...... If you read the filing you would have noticed that employee options were exercised accounting for the increase number of shares.... Also if you read the filing you would have noticed that the interest free loan was to the new wholly owned offshore forfaiting operation, that was started in June ( OH by the way did you notice it turned a nice profit for 30 days of operations...and was audited by Delotte).. Keep searching...maybe you'll find that they bought robrt60 lunch .. Zman
