I have not been ignoring you, George!! I am just hundreds of posts behind the rest of you. If someone is here, obviously hanging out when I am trying to read posts from three weeks ago and catch up, I will try to get involved. But basically all the things you guys are discussing I am rapidly trying to catch up on, okay? I have not singled you out--there are dozens of posts I have not addressed. How can you say that, anyway? I just wrote you a poem of sorts. I am indifferent to indifference at the moment. I am very disturbed by the speech and its implications, and really don't know what to do with my feelings. I am not sure why--if you want to look at this like a Greek tragedy--a man with a fatal flaw should affect history and jeopardize our basic security. It doesn't seem fair that we are all sucked into this.
