Fred, AG's are running scared. Indiana case was completely thrown out. Washington State case, which comes up on September 14, is extremely weak. Gregoire, AG of Washington State, was told by trial judge to make deal. The Industry won't deal unless the other states get on board. Favorable rulings expected in Maryland and Louisiana any day now. Big Blocks going into MO. Fundamentals look real good. MO gaining market share from RN, which has growth problems. Kraft is a block buster. Settlement with States will be made before Washington State Trial. Cube will take off at the end of the year when a new bull market emerges. This China Devaluation must be gotten out of the way first. Condition for Devaluation: Lie and unequivocally state you won't Devalue! Investors need to see some stability in Asia before they will take a stake in Cube. I'm not arguing over the fundamental story here. There is more downside for Cube before she rockets. You need to take the Bear here more seriously. Downside is far from over.... Management at Cube may crack and throw in the towel as the Bear deepens.
