Looks like this company did a REG S, Oct, 7th at $1.00/share. That explains why its here. My concern is that they seem to have a heavy appetite for cash mostly the result of its limited production and high capital and operating costs. What would stop them from doing another REG S 2 or 3 months from now at $.50/share?
