Mr. tonto, I know you have a grueling 10 hrs. ahead of you so I won't waste too much of your valuable time. The Pilar de Caribe is a fait accompli, the 10KSB clearly states it was a write-off. It was also an SEC consideration responded to by RMIL's 8K. As you recall, no extension to the 10 day halt was necessitated and the only caveat that prevents RMIL from trading is the 2-11 consideration which the company is working diligently to fulfill. If most of your 10 hrs. are to be spent sluething this thread, for myself, I would very much appreciate you raising issues that lie unresolved or will assist shareholders in ascertaining the validity of current developments. To drudge through issues already addressed by the SEC, and responded to by the principals in SEC filings, appears to only serve those whose concentration focuses on the halt of this issue.
