JW: A Thanks! to you and others who provide so much good technical information. I was just reviewing the financials to see what Amati has done the last few quarters -- and wondering what we may see in the next few quarters. Last quarter we had a -0.04 and the quarter a year ago (ended 1/31/96) that Amati will beat with the next report, was -2.12 (due to the expense of the merger). So the principle comparisons will be against the -0.04 and the -2.12. To beat the -0.04, Amati needs to hold loss to about $500K. If they do this, it should help the price of the stock exclusive of other positive factors between now and then. Do you or anyone know (or believe) they will beat the -$500K next quarter which ends 1/31/97. (I expect a positive in just a few quarters -- my guess is May-July 97 qtr or the Aug-Oct 97 qtr). John
