Thanks for the response. However I see it a little differently. The goal was to make it absolutely certain that CAWS failed, and that the business was in the worst possible condition. They wanted to ensure that the stockholders were deprived of their votes. They absolutely drained the company as much as possible. If they wanted CAWS and its stockholders to survive they had to grab every cent available, or shut down the company to a bare bones configuration until they could get a partner. They killed it because they have bigger plans, and we are not included.
