Hi Tom: It wasn't me who suggested HUM pay a dividend. I can't remember who suggested it. It could work to bust the shorts.

I would rather though, that they use the cash for re-investment (which they have not done effectively to-date....i.e. sitting on a pile of cash) or use the money for share buy-back in the interim.
