Hi Mike. First of all let me say you are literally the only person on this thread that has answered "any" questions that have been posed. Right or wrong, you at least try to answer!
Secondly, discussing issues and answering questions on a stock belongs on its primary thread!
I have read virtually every post for the last 6 months and the thing that amazes me is the little "sharing" of ANY knowledge on this thread. Everyone keeps saying I've done my DD!! Well where is it? look back and find out how much "fact" is discussed!!
MIKE, rather than you answering this one, how about some "I've done my DD" person or persons answering these questions!
MDIN has agreed to pay $24,000,000US for one group of properties! MDIN has agreed to pay $10,000,000US for another group of properties! This totals $34,000,000US!They have borrowed $500,000US already for the Caton tunnel that is not included in this figure. You have 65,000,000 shares outstanding(minimum)
Questions for the "I've done my DD group"!
Where are they getting this money? How are they getting this money? What are the conditions associated with the purchase agreement? Are there NSR's to be payed on any discovery? Are there further shares to be issued as a result of the agreement to purchase these properties? (please note that, In Chile literally all property deals require $XXX,XXX to be spent by the anniversary date of the agreement each year and the issuance of X,XXX,XXX shares each anniversary date) The shares are issued to the previous landholder as a result of the agreement!
If people have truly done some DD, they can answer this in a snap!! This has nothing to do with "Bashing or Hyping". Its got to do with with asking a civil question about a companies agreement and future liabilitites! MARKHAR comes across as intelligent, however, my impression is he suffers from selective reading, as stated earlier. So MARKHAR how about you starting off by addressing these questions? If you can't answer them or have to phone the company, thats nothing to be ashamed of!
PS I have noticed that threads that actually work to find the true "value" in their company by posting rellevant information influences the stock price much more than "we got a winner" or $2.00's here we come rantings!!
