Be VERY careful of ANY stock associated with Barry Witz. Incidentally, is he working out of the STGA offices? Is he an officer/director of the company now? I'm gonna go look at EDGAR and see what filings HAVE been done. Be careful and watch out for cheap S-8's and Reg "S" shares. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! CLiNT
