Joe & bmart: My recommendation was meant to comply with all laws, of course. They should have no problem with your taping the conversation, just tell them you are going to do it. If they do have a problem I would ask why. As far as a bias, I did not mean to imply they had one, I am sorry that anybody read the post that way. The intent was to advise only, you by having a tape, will have a record of what was asked or not asked, said or not said, and what in hindsight, should or should not have been covered. I hope I clarified any confusion my post may have created. JMO
