paul, no again. in most cases I pray for healing for sick people.
demonic deliverance is usually dealt with when a person first becomes a christain.
When it happens I use the Name of Jesus and His Name is the only thing
that deals with demons. As a note. demons can cause illness
and be aren't possesing people.
remember my example back to you of the prophetess singing a song of healing. She never said anything about demons but they were
on my throat.... They just couldn't take the presence of a Holy loving God. They left and she never mentioned them.
I know that this can be a deep subject . I had three semesters on demonology and about 25 short courses on demonolgy so I do think I'm explaining all your examples correctly.
I don't think this is an imbalance since my college and courses on other areas is at least 100 times more on other areas.

Deliverance does happen in some cases. But, through ignorance christians casting them out is for the 7 th state of possesion.
Most cases are not to this level.
