I just got off the phone with OTC Stock Transfer. Inc.

Here is the person's statement (a lady I spoke to) when I inquired about what this lawsuit pertains to.

Apparently, a former officer of QTNT is suing QTNT AND OTC Stock Transfer, Inc. over cancelled shares.

It seems QTNT cancelled this disgruntled officer's shares... and he decided to sue everyone he could think of, including the Stock Transfer agent.

Dave Taylor took over the duties of the Stock Transfer Agent in order to limit liability to OTC Stock Transfer. Inc.

In other words, QTNT basically "fired" OTC Stock Transfer, Inc. to reduce OTC's liability in the matter and will re-hire them once this lawsuit is settled.

Now my main question is how many shares were cancelled (or in dispute) as we speak?

And why isn't this lawsuit being made public to the shareholders as part of a news release?

Maybe the stock activity has something to do with this former officer flooding the float with his cancelled shares.

So we need to find out exactly how many shares are disputed in this matter and assume that they are somewhere in the float.
